The sun shone in Ballarat today for the Sovereign Hill Heritage Harvest Festival. There were over 20 stalls with local produce, crafts and more. Ballarat Chefs were full of tips and delicious recipes in their cooking demonstrations and @masterchefau Tim Bone made a Sovereign Hill Raspberry Drop and peanut butter cheesecake…sounded a little weird, but tasted AMAZING! It was an inspirational day out and beautiful seeing all the autumnal produce adorning Sovereign Hill and adding extra character. I’m looking forward to heading back tomorrow 🙌🏻.

I had a very special Mother’s Day this year with my aunties 💕 I lost my mum 22 years ago so it was so wonderful catching up with extended family I haven’t seen for years. My auntie and cousin prepared the most beautiful high tea for us all as we reminisced the day away 🤗. I hope you all had a special day, however you spent it ☺️ x Sam

📍 The Millhouse - Smeaton Saturday’s drone shoot oozed history and character with grand spaces and country elegance in a storybook setting. I could have spent hours (and I kind of did) absorbed in this magical wedding venue which has been so lovingly brought back to life by its new custodians, Rachel & Don.
